This is actually my first day back at the office. One of my daughters was sick when we left for the trip and the other was sick when we returned. I have been at home all week with my daughter. As for the trip, we had an amazing time. Everything went great. The resort was great. The convenience of the room key having our tickets and dining plan made it so easy. I am a big fan of the Disney Dining plan. I couldn't have asked for a better trip. We were able to enjoy the extra magic hours being Disney guests which helped us work around the record breaking crowds at Disney for New Years. I am thinking about heading down there again in August when I am on break from grad school. You were right I was worried unnecessarily. Disney was great to its guests. Being a resort guest and having the dining plan is the only way to do Disney. I could go on all day. I will sum it all up with a hearty thank you for booking us a trip my kids will long remember.

Thank you for planning our recent trip to Cozumel, Mexico. The Occidental Cozumel Grande was wonderful - just as you said it would be. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the food was great, the liquor was "top shelf," and the service was great! 

Our scuba dives that you planned for us were excellent - Cozumel is beautiful for diving. The dive staff was very attentive, and the dive shop is located on the grounds of the Occidental Cozumel Grande, so it was very convenient. 

The Occidental Grande was not just for scuba divers though; the beach was absolutely beautiful and very romantic. 

Your service was excellent when planning our trip - Thanks again!!

Dear Shawn, 

We had a wonderful time on our Royal Caribbean cruise. The staff was great & the trip was wonderful. We could not believe how big & beautiful the ship was. Anything we needed was right there. We went shopping in Cozumel & sailed down the Old Belize River, in Belize. It was beyond anything we had expected. This was our first cruise, but will not be our last. Thank you for the tips & advice. Everything worked out wonderful. We will highly recommend you to our friends.

We got married in March, 2009 and went to the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana for our honeymoon. From our initial contact with Shawn, we could tell he was very interested in learning what type of honeymoon we were looking for so he could customize it for what we wanted. As the trip got closer, he was always there to help with any requests that we had for our trip and he made sure that things would work out right. He contacted the resort to request that we would receive a good room and service and sure enough it was great!!
